Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, no-shows, same-day design changes, or arriving more than 30 minutes late may result in forfeiture of your deposit and cancellation of your appointment. Please note that last-minute changes to your design may also require your appointment to be rescheduled. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, which constitute full disclosure and supersede any prior verbal or written agreements.
