Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required within 48 hours of booking to confirm your appointment. Deposit amounts vary by artist and are non-refundable and non-transferable. The deposit will be applied to the final cost of your tattoo. For multi-session tattoos, it will be applied to the final session.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment, no-shows, or arriving more than 30 minutes late may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Last min design changes to your project may result in your appointment being rescheduled. 
I agree that this constitutes full disclosure, and that it supersedes any previous verbal or written disclosures.
